This demonstrates to our customers that we are committed to providing high standards of service and adhering to a code of conduct that prioritizes consumer protection.

 

As well as this, our customers can have peace of mind knowing that HIES members offer financial protection measures such as deposit protection and insurance-backed guarantees. This protects consumers financially in case the installer goes out of business or fails to complete the work as agreed.

Dispute Resolution: The HIES Consumer Code offers a formal process for resolving disputes between consumers and installers. This can help avoid costly legal battles and ensures that disputes are handled fairly and efficiently.
